Incredible easy team to work with. Appointments, confidence with treatment and post operation care, dealing with the insurance and up date phone calls when my dog was hospitalised. Very friendly and fantastically professional. Thanks.

From the referrel to the appointment excellent service next day appointment available for a Mri scan ...Staff were friendly and made a stressful day go smoothly. Constant kept informed throughout our visit..Consultation time wasnt rushed the vet Ben listened to all out concerns and reassurance and honest answers given.... Bethany the receptionist went above and beyond she is accredit to your practise made our visit more comfortable at this very stressful time... Ben the vet was patient understanding and listen to all our concerns very caring lovely team ...Highly recommend ..

The whole team were fantastic. Old school service in a modern world very rare. They concentrated on our pet as if he was their own. Simply a wonderful place. Spotlessly clean. Beth the receptionist was welcoming and very efficient. The consultation we had was bee informative and they spent time with us explaining the procedure and recovery. Our dog had to go in for emergency surgery and we were looked after so well and given great updates. We could see our dog was genuinely cared for. She has made a great recovery and we believe it was down to the good surgery and the care she received. Dr Stuart Brown is a miracle worker and a wonderful Vet.

We were referred to Stuart as our lovely Sandy was struggling with her back legs. X rays showed cruciate ligament damage to both legs so two operations to get through! Stuart was brilliant explaining what the ops entailed and what post op care was required and our role in it. 6 months on and both legs have recovered well and Sandy is full of beans and moving so much better.
