Willow had her spay last week, which I had to cancel twice before I could attend, due to health issues. Pawsome vets were absolutely brilliant about it, and so accommodating. Willow was dropped off in the morning, then I got an update through the app to tell me the operation went well, she was in recovery, and I could collect her after 2pm. They then called as she was drooling, to ask if they could administer and anti sickness injection and arrange a time to fetch her. After bringing her home, we got a message the following day to check on her, and we saw the vet twice for post op checks, and discharge. The nurses, vets and reception staff are so lovely and clearly love their furry patients. I know Willow got lots of cuddles with the receptionist, and I am so grateful for their level of care with my baby 😍 Thank you to all of you who looked after Willow.

I had to take my mums 16 year old dog to be put to sleep. Erald was absolutely amazing, he explained everything clearly and as mum has dementia he asked for her to come to the surgery so that he could talk to her in the kindest way and made it easy for her to understand. As difficult as it is to have to do this , nothing was rushed and everyone was just lovely and compassionate.

I cannot praise Pawsome vets enough. Fantastic vets and staff. Always get a detailed explanation of the problem. They listen to your concerns very carefully with so much compassion. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve just switched to Pawsome Veterinary Practice and couldn’t be happier. My ageing dog required a fairly urgent operation after being diagnosed with suspected testicular cancer. The vet sensitively talked me through all the options and showed warmth and compassion towards my dog and empathy to me. Communication was excellent throughout and I believe his subsequent quick recovery is due to the diligence and care of the whole team. I’d hugely recommend.

We were very nervous about moving vets after being with the same practice for a number of years but when got a new puppy we decided to try Pawsom pets and are very happy with the service. All the staff we have met so far have been incredibly friendly and have spent time talking to our dog and giving him fuss. This means a lot as he is a member of our family and we want him to feel happy and safe when we visit the vets. We would definitely recommend these vets to anyone.
