Really recommend, I have a really nervous doggy and they were very gentle and encouraging with her.

We previously rated with 5 stars but if i could change my rating and give more stars then I would. I still have nothing but good things to say about Ashfield House (both at our regular Bramcote surgery, and also when we recently had to use their emergency out of hours service at the hospital at Long Eaton) Claudine is always amazing with Maple, so gentle, patient and understanding with my senior girl 🐶 The whole team are always so welcoming and friendly and ready with a treat (or 3!) and plenty of reassuring fusses. 100000% recommend.

I first asked them about a quote for tests for a dog that has been registered with them for many years two months ago, and followed up multiple times by phone and email. It's taken this long to get an answer - which didn't even answer the question, and completely ignored the circumstances I had explained to them. Had someone just told me they couldn't help when I asked, instead of delaying so many times, and for so many weeks, we could have got the dog some treatments and investigations much sooner - and with someone else. I'm really unhappy with this poor service, especially as a vet's role is to treat and prevent harm - not prolong it. I don't understand why it has taken so long and don't recommend this practice to anyone. When I complained, they didn't reply to my email and simply forwarded my dog's records that I requested with no note or apology.

Bramcote Surgery is only as good as the staff and Rob and his nurse are excellent. It is like going back to how it used to be when you visited a small veterinary practice. Even parking is easy.

All the staff are highly professional, efficient, friendly and caring. The building is always very clean and tidy and provides a relaxing atmosphere. A lovely practice.
