I took my dog to them with xylitol poisoning, and I can’t express how grateful I am. Dr. Marie saw us immediately and started treatment straight away. I had to leave my dog with them for several hours until 7pm. After that, Dr. Marie contacted Medivet Alfreton (the 24-hour clinic), and I drove my dog there, where she stayed for two nights. Dr. Marie stayed in touch with me the entire time, providing updates. Thanks to all their help, my dog is now doing great. I’m truly so grateful for everything they did.

I am writing to extend my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care you have provided for my late mother’s cats during a very difficult time for our family. After my mother’s passing in late November, I found myself the primary caregiver for her beloved animals. As someone who last cared for cats more than 30 years ago, I greatly appreciated the kindness, expertise, and reassurance I received from Medivet during their checkups. Your team was not only friendly and professional but also incredibly supportive, which made a meaningful difference as I navigated this transition. I also believe that the annual care plan you offer is a valuable option for pet owners. It provides consistent preventive care and peace of mind, benefitting both pets and their guardians. Thank you once again for your outstanding service and for being a trusted partner in the welfare of these much-loved animals.
